🌟 A well-deserved recognition for one of our own!

It’s been one of the busiest years yet for our Farm Management Support (FMS) team, working closely with dairy farmers to help them get the very best from their herds and robotic milking systems.

And what better way to round off such a busy year than with some well-deserved recognition!

We’re delighted to share that Sinéad Gallagher, Farm Management Support Advisor at Lely Center Mullingar, has been named a finalist for the Dairy Advisor of the Year Award at the National FBD Dairy Awards! 🏆

A huge congratulations to Sinéad on this fantastic achievement, and best of luck at the awards! 👏

Take a look around this recently completed two-robot project in Co. Tipperary.

This compact installation combines a new Lely Astronaut A5 with a Lely Certified Pre-Owned Astronaut A4, with the farmyard carefully designed to make the most of the space available.

From automatic cow separation and a dedicated footbath and separation pen, to the Lely Grazeway managing access to grazing, every element has been considered with cow flow and practical day-to-day management in mind.

A great example of how robotic milking can be designed around an existing farmyard.

Farmyard layout and design completed by the team at Lely Center Kilkenny 👏

💀 Farming doesn’t have to mean being worked to the bone! 🎃

Congratulations to Co. Meath dairy farmer David Kiernan on the installation of his second Lely Astronaut.

David upgraded from a conventional parlour to his first Lely Astronaut in 2019, and has now taken the next step with the addition of robot number two.

More automation, more flexibility and hopefully a little less chance of being worked to the bone! 💀🐄

One less job to worry about. 🐄

We caught up with Patrick Coyle in Edgerstone, Co. Longford, to hear how the Lely Discovery Scraper has made a difference on his 90-cow dairy farm.

For Patrick, it means cleaner passageways, around 10–15 minutes saved each time he would have cleaned the shed himself, and more time to focus on the jobs that really need his attention — particularly during busy periods like spring calving.

🎥 Hear Patrick’s experience and see the Lely Discovery at work on his farm.
