It takes a development problem to find the new breakthrough. How efficient is the Weight-to-energy technology is still unknown..but the level of efficiency improvement will be a lot more than today.. a lot more..
The future development will be focusing on the non-spring version-The ECO system.. Lightweight, simple to fix and cost effective OEM supplier for next generation micromobility remains our objective.

The alternative to E bike.. Chinese market workers bring in mules following the E-bike ban. The E-bike ban came after a series of fires in the market raised safety concerns.
Apparently, in some cities in Southern China , such as Zhuhai, Hong Kong & Macau.. it is strictly illegal to ride an electric bicycle on public roads..
Major cities in Southern China like Guangzhou and Shenzhen have strict rules and localised bans on electric bikes in certain downtown core areas, pedestrian zones, and major thoroughfares.

I thought the new prototype can be completed two weeks ago.. but I am still unable to resolve the problems after two weeks, it works extremely well in the early testing trial, but began developing with some strange noises and level of efficiency dropped ..I will try to work on it again this week..
After working on this development for 10 years, there are still more to learn.
I think i made a mistake by spraying the 24 pieces of internal rubber components with WD40.
AI suggested that - Never use WD-40, as its petroleum base will break down and destroy natural rubber over time.

Efficiency comparison testing by someone with sceptical views.
I was informed by our French team with a two day efficiency testing trial by 'someone in the 'social media'.
The first testing in June with light wind.
Standard wheel Max speed 27.2 km/h
SuperWheel Max speed 28.9 km/h

Second testing in August with SuperWheel only and compared with the Standard wheel June result
It is possibly a stronger wind resistance day, as the Max speed on SuperWheel reduced from 28.9 km/h in June to just 27 km/h
But the average speed on SuperWheel is still much better compared with the standard wheel results in June on the 6 km journey
Standard wheel in June - 21.5 km/h
SuperWheel in August- 23.5 km/h
He claimed that based on his bike GPS records. No real difference is shown between a normal wheel and the SW.
The AI search result shows a different story-
how much additional human effort is needed when cycling average speed at 21.5 km/h compared with 23.5 km/h on a 6 km journey
The result is based on fast ground and NO WIND..
To increase your average speed from 21.5 km/h to 23.5 km/h over a 6 km flat journey, you will need to increase your continuous effort (power) by 22.6% to 25%.
Considering the aerodynamic drag increased due to higher wind resistance as seen on the max speed reduction, this is not a bad result.
AI search results will show a much higher efficiency improvement with this added on as consideration .
Please note, to increase speed at higher speed, it requires a lot more power as the aerodynamic drag and rolling friction increases.
