After many years in Riveroaks we are moving to our new office in Claregalway. Our new offices are in the Courtyard behind . We are delighted with the new offices and would like to thank all who helped make it possible. The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage has launched a 4-week public consultation on proposed changes to planning permission exemptions. These updates aim to cut red tape for small-scale projects and free up local authority resources for larger housing developments.

🚪Proposed exemptions include:
✅ Attic conversions (with rooflights)
✅ Installation of heatpumps
✅ Subdivision of homes (e.g. for older family members)
✅ Detached living units (e.g. for carers or relatives)
