Wishing all of our customers and suppliers a very happy Christmas and New Year. 🎄🎄🎄

2025 has been one of our busiest years to date and we have enjoyed every minute of it. From manufacturing some of our smallest tubes (3mm ID) for the likes of MRI machines and cryogenic applications to large rocket body tubes and spinnaker and bowsprit poles (up to 200mm OD). 🏭🩻❄️⛵️🚀

* 3 sections of 100% carbon fibre tubing allow the user to efficiently store the stick when not in use. 🎒🎒

* Custom made inserts manufactured in-house including black acetal protective plugs to protect the threaded inserts when not in use. ✅✅

* Finished in matte 2pk lacquer for a sleek finish 😎😎

Recent repair of a 12kw wind turbine blade.

This blade had suffered damage during a storm and had caused the turbine to be out of commission.

We carried out the repair ensuring the utmost strength using a high density foam and fibreglass cloth but also taking into account the need for the blade to be balanced and within 100grams of the other two blades of the turbine.

Some prep work then to get it looking its best in a gloss UV stabilised white to protect it from the elements.

Carbon fibre tubing being used as leg stands for a customers hi-fi system. 🎧

These tubes are made from 3k carbon fibre 2x2 twill, linished and gloss coated with a 2pk lacquer making them a stand out feature.

A large variety of diameters, lengths, layups and surface finishes are available.
