Another project we were delighted to take on and to bring these buildings and their character back to life in Cobh after many years closed,one was a pub called the Welcome Inn and the other was of many uses as a bookies,small tool shop and many more things from what we were told with accommodation upstairs

These 3 Three bedroom apartments are of superior finish and are a great essential property thats needed in Cobh very soon

We were delighted to be able to build Lauren at LM Aesthetics dream workplace in Cobh ,we went with a picture style window facing the sea to give everyone who visits her buisness the joys of looking out at the amazing view on offer,we can proudly say we turned Lauren's dream into a reality 😀
