Dungloe, Lochanure and Gweedore are within 6 miles of the house. All of Bus Feda's coaches pass the door which you can catch from Galway, Mayo, Sligo and from most places in Donegal. The Bus can also be taken from Scotland, Larne, Toome, Dungivan and Derry as well. There is a childrens playground next to the house and the beach is only a 15 minute walk.
