Ecotouch Ai1 Geo with integrated 204l cylinder coupled to a ground collector. Expected SCOP 5.2 or in monetary terms:- 300 euros for heating and hot water for the year. Passive cooling is integrated as standard in the Ecotouch Ai1geo . What this means is that your home is cooled passively by circulating the fluid in your underfloor heating-cooling pipework via your bore hole heat exchanger or horizontal ground heat source-sink in summer. In addition to providing cimfort cooling it also elevates the temperature of your heat source ensuring that the heat pump works at even higher efficiencies at the start of the heating season. This unit is essentially your hot press in a box comprising of a sophisticated heating-cooling and hot water controller, touch screen display, all control valves and pumps and hot water cylinder all housed within an modern appliance like enclosure.

Another Nutherm System Solution delivered. The system comprises of a complete Waterkotte System Solution comprising of an Ecotouch Ground Source Heat Pump and EcoVent whole house mechanical Ventilation System with heat recovery (MVHR). Heating is delivered to this beautiful 2500sq.ft home via an invisible high efficiency Nutherm underfloor heating system. This client works from home and spends his time in shorts owing to the comfort levels inside. This home is fresh, warm and efficient owing to the system installed. In my next post i will post a video of the system operating.
