Those 2 projects done for our customer who had leaks from 2 flst roofs.

Big roof was repaired few months back, but it was not done correct way. Roof tiles were under torch on felt what means all the water from the roof went under felt, on the timber. As you can see timber on the whole roof was absolutely destroyed!
We took off old torch on felt, changed entire roof with new woodwork, put new torch on and painted with roof seal.

Second roof was cracked and it started leaking as well. We changed it with torch on and painted as well.

Job done perfectly! Very good feedback drom customer.

As you can see in the pictures, edges of the felt are totally destroyed.
We advised customer to change just first line of felt and for additional protection fit eaves protectors.
Pics are below, result fantastic. Both sides happy!
