A recent project we completed for Kaneco Ltd who are fitting out a new designer restaurant / tv studio for their client in Dublin City. There was limited access to bring in building materials and catering equipment to the basement level so we were requested to come up with a quick turnaround lifting solution, in this case an enclosed track system with I-beam profile clamps partnered with our Liftket electric chain model 031/51 was designed and installed.
Turnaround time 7 days from order to installation.

Installing an enclosed runway track and electric chain hoist typically includes:

1. Design & Engineering
• Site survey & structural assessment.
• Designing the runway / monorail track layout to suit the space.
• Determining appropriate load capacity, clearances, headroom, and support structure.

2. Supply of Equipment
• Enclosed runway track (rails, end stops, trolley system).
• A Liftket electric chain hoist sized for your load (Liftket hoists are available in Ireland via Crane Check).

3. Installation
• Fixing or fabricating support beams / brackets.
• Installing the runway track and hoist trolley.
• Electrical power and control integration (e.g., pendant or remote controls).

4. Testing & Certification
• Load tests to verify safe operation.
• Issue of necessary statutory certificates (e.g., LOLER compliance in Ireland).
