✅Great start to a new project - around 140nr apartments 1st fixed in three weeks, all ready for electrical and mechanical works before final wall closure and ceiling install.

✅All works superbly coordinated by our management team and subcontractors to ensure quality procedures are followed. This allows us to hand over all apartments with both in-house and manufacturer inspections for full sign off.

A pleasure to get started on this development, and several additional apartment blocks will soon be ready for us here.

We are delighted to add the alluring Station Links development to our portfolio, expanding our list of repeat works for another valued client.

Our team carried out the internal drylining, fire stopping, and external render packages across all apartments, houses, and duplex units.

Huge thanks to our management team and subcontractors for working with us on this one, and delivering high-quality results once again.

Last week some of our team made the trip to Cork to prepare for our next project with Glenveagh, due to start in the next few months.
298nr apartments split across multiple blocks - looking forward to getting started on these!

There has been significant progress to date on GEM Construction's Churchfields Development.

A total of 517nr new homes are being built with 220nr in this current phase. Works have begun as well on 80nr apartments across 3 blocks.

Our package on the timber frame includes internal drylining, skimming, firestopping and external render.
These are coming fast with 17 houses boarded and 12 skimmed in just one week last month.

The apartments are getting off to a good start where we are carrying out both the internal partitions and external SFS packages.

As always it's fantastic to work with GEM on another high quality and consistent project.

Some progression pictures of whitewall installed from our ongoing project in Hillerød, Denmark, alongside FlynnMC.

We return later in the year to complete whitewall installation and begin fit out of partitions and ceilings package.

KWP are in the final stages of completion in both of the Frankfurt based Fr10x and FRA21 projects.
Working alongside Flynn MC we installed the partition and ceiling packages in both data centres.

- Supply and install of a range of specialist Knauf partitions from standard wall types to Blast-proof walls.

- Install of steel goalposts and heavy gauge metal for doors throughout.

- Beam encasements and fire rating solutions

- Acoustic solutions for the generator buildings to reduce noise levels.

- Install of specially required access panels and riser doors.

- Unistrut and Tate ceiling grid supply and install.

- Wall protection throughout as required.

Very efficient environment to work in with a genuine commitment to health and safety.

KWP Ltd. are delighted to have worked with GEM Construction in their flagship Malahide Road development.

331nr apartments across 2 separate high story blocks accompanied with modern amenity spaces such as gym and creche.

We had a large scale team of up to 80 operatives at any time on site carrying out the below works;

External SFS system supplied and designed by Steel Formed Sections Ltd
Airtightness system
External render both acrylic and monocouche with Kilsaran render systems
Internal partitions, suspended and MF ceilings
Skim coat and tape and joint

All work done under direct supervision of KWP's onsite management team with H&S guidance from MP Safety Ltd.

Always a pleasure to work alongside GEM Construction and we have recently begun work on the Millers Glen development in Swords and their Churchfield East project.
