A recent project we undertook where the client needed to enlarge the kitchen and create a new lounge/dining space. We removed the back wall of the house and fitted the necessary support beams to carry the house above. We filled the back wall with as much glass as we could and installed 3 roof lights to get light back into existing space.

Here's a job we done where the client wanted to enlarge their existing utility room which wasn't insulated and was cold and damp. We moved the boiler from the garage to the new utility to allow the garage to be converted. We plumbed for a new radiator and fitted new supplies for power to accommodate machines. We insulated to a high standard and finished the roof with fibre glass.

A recent extension we finished where we had to demolish a conservatory and build a new extension to let the kitchen flow into the new dining and lounge area. First challenge was the foundations, they were deeper than the normal and second was building on a hill. We did a fibreglass roof to accommodate a large thermally broken rooflight which we later uplit with led lighting and also a stove. We used pvc mock sash a rated windows to keep clean lines and margins. The client then decided we needed to look at the garden so we came to the conclusion that with the slope most of it was unusable and to make the most use of the space to build a retaining wall which would allow them to use all of the area that was unusable before. We finished off with Indian sandstone paving slabs and Ballylusk stone from wicklow quarry.
