That’s a wrap for 2025.

Structural steel frame progressing at the Netherlands Embassy, Dublin.
The new steel structure is being installed entirely within the existing building footprint.

For this final job of the year, the lads were faced with a tight and challenging city-centre site.

The structural steel frame is now installed up to first floor level and will facilitate the complete renovation of the embassy with the remaining upper levels and rooftop scheduled to follow in 2026,

A contemporary steel balustrade with clean vertical infill bars, finished in a matte black powder coat, paired with a continuous brushed stainless-steel handrail. The design balances robustness and elegance, offering clear sightlines, precise detailing, and a refined tactile contrast. Seamlessly integrated with the stepped geometry, it provides both safety and architectural clarity, expertly fabricated and installed by Finnegan Steel Fabrication Ltd in Drumcondra, Dublin.

It was a pleasure to work with on this project.
A full restoration of the existing balustrade and the fabrication and installation of a new cast iron balustrade to match the original.
The results speak for themselves.
