Meet Grace Howard – Director of Consumer Sales of PrepayPower & Yuno Energy
Grace Howard joined PrepayPower over ten years ago as team leader of a team of eight, selling a single product. Today, as Director of Consumer Sales for PrepayPower and Yuno Energy, she leads around 200 sales professionals across Telesales and Field Sales.
She has also recently become a mum for the first time, which she says has sharpened her focus on what it means to grow and support people, both at home and at work.
Grace started her career in the insurance industry, selling everything from motor and home to travel, life, and even yacht insurance! Her journey shows how passion, dedication, and leadership can turn opportunities into incredible growth.
Now as Director of Consumer Sales, Grace leads more a team of professionals across Telesales and Field Sales, supporting growth across multiple products and playing a key role in building a sales organisation ready for the future.
