To open plan this ground floor for the rear & side extension we had to remove all load bearing walls for the first floor.

This was achieved by temporary supports before installing the steelwork frame.

The existing kitchen was extended on this already A-rated new build to add the kitchen area, provide a dining area which was linked to the living room and pour light into all these rooms.
