Project Complete – Clontarf, Dublin 🏡
We recently completed a design and build project in this 1990s Clontarf home, transforming the layout to better suit modern family living.
The brief was clear: create a bright, open kitchen-living space with a focus on natural light and minimalism — with a Japandi-inspired touch 🌿
To achieve this, we opened up the rear of the house and introduced a pitched roof with four roof lights, along with glazing above a large sliding door. The result? A light-filled space that feels calm, warm and connected to the outdoors ☀️
Storage and utility were key, but the aesthetic needed to stay clean and understated. Through carefully selected materials, hidden elements, and refined detailing — especially in the kitchen — we were able to deliver on both function and form.
The front living room was also redesigned as a peaceful retreat, giving the home a second, quieter zone away from the open-plan area. Cosy, calm, and completely reimagined.
Huge thanks to our lovely clients — we wish you every happiness in your newly modernised home.
