A 1950s home, reimagined for modern living. | Clontarf, Dublin
A complete renovation, modernisation and extension, transforming this Clontarf home into a light-filled, contemporary space designed around modern family living.
Character filled brickwork extension, expansive sliding doors and generous rooflights to the refurbished bathrooms and bespoke interiors, every detail has been carefully considered to maximise space, light and functionality.
The natural timber kitchen island, designed to enhance the wood’s character and develop its beautiful patina, brings warmth and individuality to the heart of the home. A Crittall-style door connects the hallway and extension, allowing light to flow throughout. Clever space planning has also created dedicated utility, pantry and cloakroom areas, alongside custom-designed and built furniture.
Great design takes a great team. At Arkwood Construction, we collaborate closely with our clients from initial design through to completion, bringing every element together. From construction and custom finishes to mechanical and electrical services all is carried out under one coordinated team.
A huge thank you to our clients for trusting us with their home. We wish them many happy years enjoying their new AW Build home.
