Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage new product development and product improvement projects
- Design, prototype, and test products, ensuring accurate documentation throughout
- Analyse test data to optimise product performance and design
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain development records
- Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Provide technical support across departments as required
- Present project updates, timelines, and progress reports

Skills & Experience Required:
- Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in R&D or a similar engineering environment
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Hands-on experience with mechanical testing and building test rigs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion
- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel as required
- Full clean driving licence (IRL/UK/EU)
