This is a 30m2 Garage conversion we completed in bray a few weeks ago. Client is planning on keeping students and also use it as AIRB&B. This is a very nice space with new window and doors fully insulated and airtight plus a full en-suite fitted galley kitchen and attic storage created. This is a 18m2 extension with steel installed that we completed earlier this year in Blackrock Dublin ..timber frame build highly insulated and airtight.Scorched larch cladding 1m x2m roof light which allows loads of light and is a nice feature. Also has fibreglass roof 2.7m slider

This build was 7 weeks in total and was brought to a builder finish as requested by the client
