Tricky project we are working on in east Galway. We demolished 2 sides off the rear kitchen/ utility and installed 3 fixed frame glass ,and a lift & slide door. More photos to follow in the coming weeks when the finishing works are completed.

Extension we are working on in Tuam, Flat roof with a standing seem parapet and hidden gutter. Although its only 45 sqm, it adds a lot the the existing dwelling.

Our first major refurbishment of an office in Loughrea. Although we had a tight programme we managed to successfully complete the project on time so the staff could move back in after the Christmas. Big thanks to my team a d my sub contractors Morgan Malone Fitted Furniture for carpentry works , David Treacy for concrete decks, Alex and his team for Plastering and ceilings, Tom Cunningham electrical,Whiriskey for air-conditioning and Newline flooring and tiles for the flooring.

Project we completed in Oranmore a couple of months back on a semi- detached house. Small, but tricky project ,as everything had to go in and out through a 900mm wide path, but got there in the end!!
