Energy efficent infill housing scheme in an established residential area. Brownfield derelict site. Each of these A-Rated family homes have their own electrical car plug points (according to the ESB, the first in Ireland to do so). The houses all have solar panels and all are passive design.

PD Lane were involved in the following ways:
1. Conveyancing - Transfer of land to another person
2. Detailed mapping of existing right of ways
3. Services Advice: Water pipe and surface water pipe for local authority, sewerage, sustainable urban drainage system
4. Planning Permission - initial application and also appeal to Bord Pleanala (for an additional house)
5. 3 D Imaging - Architectural modelling and also on site signage.

PD Lane were involved in the following ways: 1. Engineering - Estates roads, piping (water and sewerage), layouts in consultation with An Taisce 2. Architecture - Designed the houses and GAA club House and Changing rooms 3. Master Planning and whole layout
