When restoring chassis components, we use laser cleaning followed by a rust converter treatment. Unlike sandblasting, which often leaves behind residual sand—as shown in the images below—this debris can trap moisture and accelerate internal corrosion if not thoroughly removed.

We also advise against galvanizing older chassis, as it typically does not provide long-lasting protection. As demonstrated in the images, rust can still form beneath the galvanizing layer and eventually break through.
