🔧 Project Success: Centralized Vacuum System ⚡💡
We’re excited to share the completion of a major vacuum system upgrade that delivered full end-to-end value for our client.
After auditing the existing system, we transformed their setup from:
🔸 Previous System:
• 16 fixed-speed vacuum pumps feeding a main manifold
• No standby capacity
• No tracking of running hours or performance
To this:
🔹 Current System:
• Central multi-pump controller with 4 high-efficiency vacuum pumps
• Maximum of 2 pumps running, with 2 on standby
• Smart controller automatically sharing load, optimizing efficiency, and balancing running hours
• Full digital tracking of alarms, warnings, running hours, vacuum pressure, and kW consumption
• Dramatically reduced operational risk — with our team fully managing the assets
The results are outstanding: the project was forecast to deliver 45% energy savings, but the system is now achieving over 60% ⚡ — generating substantial cost savings for the end user 💰.
