This week the Government announced details of a National Retrofitting Scheme to include a new National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme providing increased grant levels of up to 50% of the cost of a typical deep retrofit to a B2 BER standard (up from 30%-35% grants). This Scheme is to be administered by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). Ahern & Scanlon Ltd. are SEAI-registered Contractors, Contractor ID No. 11517.

🏠 Retrofit Works 🏠
Recent retrofit works carried out by Ahern & Scanlon Ltd. which included:
🔧The fitting of a Mitsubishi Air to Water Heat Pump
🔧New Radiators
🔧Time & Temperature Control stats

This project is an example of works that can be carried out under the New Home Energy Grant Scheme that was approved by the Government last Tuesday.

16kw Thermia Air to Water Heat Pump recently installed by Ahern & Scanlon Ltd - Plumbing & Heating Contractors. This project included Underfloor Heating on both floors and a 300-litre hot water cylinder.
