ALS is delighted to share that €500 has been raised through the deposit return scheme for bottles and cans recycling initiative since it began in February 2024!

A huge congratulations and sincere thank you to our employees Patricia Manning, Patricia Taylor, Lucelia Silva Miranda and Joseph Burke for leading this effort – your commitment has made a real difference.

We were delighted to donate the funds today to Emma O'Brien on behalf of GSPCA, a Galway-based organisation dedicated to helping, rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing animals into loving forever homes.

Well done to all our staff for supporting the initiative to date!

📌We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an ICP Technician.
Rotation Shift/ Evening Shift/ Night Shift) or
Weekend Shift (train for 8 weeks on days/evenings) with an immediate start.
A Science degree is not a key requirement for this role, although it is desirable. We are happy to consider applicants with other degrees/ third level qualifications 😊😊
A shift premium will be paid for working on a rotation/ evening or night shift.

Duties / Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):
- Undertake laboratory activities which may include but are not limited to the operation of analytical instruments such as AAS, ICPAES, ICPMS or other as applicable.
-Possess troubleshooting skills to be able to identify analytical test result anomalies for sample type or behaviour and report these anomalies to the Supervisor.
-Perform housekeeping duties as and when required to applicable standards.
