Modular Building~ Part 4

We've been sharing the journey of this modular building in Avoca, Co. Wicklow through its various stages, and we're delighted to now showcase the finished project.

Installed, commissioned, and officially handed over, the building will serve as a new agristore. The owners are currently fitting out the interior and stocking the shelves ahead of opening.

It's always rewarding to see a project reach its final destination and begin its next chapter. Wishing the new owners every success with their new venture!

Port a cabin Office Space Solution – Navan

We recently completed a bespoke modular office project for a client in Navan who required additional office space at their existing premises.

One of the main challenges of this project was the limited access and tight installation area available onsite. Working closely with the client, we designed and manufactured the unit to fit the exact dimensions of the designated space while still allowing it to be delivered as a single unit.

To minimise disruption in the busy town centre, delivery and installation were carefully scheduled for early on a Saturday morning before traffic and pedestrian activity increased. This allowed the unit to be safely positioned and installed efficiently with minimal impact on surrounding businesses and the public.

The completed office space provided the client with a practical, high-quality extension to their existing premises while demonstrating the flexibility and precision that bespoke modular construction can offer.

Here is one of our anti-vandal units currently under construction. The internal walls are now installed, insulated, and fully boarded, offering a clear view of the future office layout.
