Another apartment renovation ready for a new student tenant. This place was in terrible condition and had even been flooded at some stage. Everything has been replaced , right down to electrically opening velux windows, new kitchen, open plan the living area. New bathroom. Full repaint. New floors and skirting everywhere and new high efficiency electric heating. All completed in under 3 weeks. 👌🏻👌🏻

Our latest apartment renovation ready for a new tenant just in time for Christmas. Here we have fitted all new balterio flooring throughout, renovated the bathroom, a new kitchen with all integrated appliances, new eco-volt heaters throughout and then a full re-paint to finish off. All done to the very highest standard as always. 👌🏻👌🏻
