Here are a few pictures of a natural slate roof we’re doing at the moment, you will see the hooks we use with all our natural slates. Also the lower section of roof under the slate roof will be finished in a standing seam which I will post when it’s completed.

This is a 45degree pitch roof we completed recently showing the counter batten for air flow and finished with a natural stone slate complete with copper ventilation roll which is fitted under the ridge cap and also serves as as an acidic wash for the slates when the rain water falls on the copper, this prevents algae build up on the slates.
