Our very first family fun day!

We focused on bringing everyone’s families together for a fun-filled day of celebration. The children enjoyed a variety of activities, including bouncy castles, an incredible magic show by Colin Walker, and plenty of entertainment from the King of Gaming van.

We were also treated to amazing food from The Snobby Cow, delicious coffee from Ted's Coffee Stand, and refreshing ice cream from McMoo's Ice Cream Van.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable day. Events like these are a wonderful reminder that our people are at the heart of everything we do.

𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝗻.

This National Forklift Safety Day, it's worth asking a harder question than usual.

Most forklift incidents don't happen during the easy work. They happen in the repetitive, high-pressure tasks — moving pallets at height, working dense racking, operating in cold or freezer environments shift after shift. The places where fatigue, blind spots, and tight margins stack up.

You can manage that risk with training, signage, and procedure. Or you can design the most dangerous repeating tasks out of the operation entirely.

That's what automated pallet storage does. By taking operators out of the high-bay aisles and letting the system handle storage and retrieval, you reduce the exposure that drives the most serious incidents - while improving throughput and space at the same time.

It's not about removing forklifts. It's about removing people from the work most likely to hurt them.

Big progress being made at our latest installation in the UK

Phase 3 of this major cold store project is now complete, and work is moving full speed ahead on Phase 4:
✅ 4 VTUs already erected
✅ Integrated stairwell fully operational, providing access to the cooler platform spanning the entire length of the warehouse
✅ 9 levels reaching heights of 23 metres

A huge credit to the rack installation team for the incredible work and commitment being put into this project. Excited to keep the momentum going.

Another shipment heading out for one of our ongoing UK projects.

There’s something satisfying about seeing months of planning, engineering, fabrication, and coordination finally loaded and ready to move.

At Moffett Automation, these shipments represent far more than equipment on a trailer, they’re part of a bigger commitment to delivering high-performance automation solutions for our customers, no matter where the project is in the world.

Huge credit to the teams across engineering, production, logistics, and project management who make this happen behind the scenes. International deployments demand precision at every stage, and it’s great to see another milestone reached safely and successfully.
