These food grade stainless extraction arms were recently installed in a large scale food processing plant.

Last week, we shared our two-section filter system pictured on site, ready for installation.

Today, we are pleased to show the finished project. The steelwork is complete, with the fans, filters, and rotary valve fully installed. The system is now connected to an automated pallet-making line.

Two fans serve individual sections of the system, maximising efficiency while reducing running costs. The system has also been designed so that the rotary valve discharges into separate 2 x 1 metre square bags, allowing for easy removal and repurposing of the collected dust.
