We're happy to announce the successful completion of Solar and Battery Storage project for one of our major clients in the Waste Recycling Industry within the London area. A project that highlights the growing importance of integrating sustainability with streamlined operations.

The results of this project include:

✅ 800 tonnes of CO₂ emissions avoided
✅ 800 tonnes of standard coal saved
✅ 400,000 trees preserved

Energy efficiency isn’t just about reducing emissions. It’s also about improving reliability, reducing long-term costs, and making operations smarter.

We're delighted to announce the successful completion of a fully upgrade of the automation controls at Grasslands Agro’s fertiliser plant. This extensive project was undertaken over a period of 2 years and involved three key systems: the Dry Mixing Plant, the Palatizing & Bagging System, and the Chemical Mixing Plant.

Project Highlights:
✅ Installation of new stainless-steel MCC Panels with Remote HMI Operator Screens and one-push button panel for local operations at the Chemical Mixing Plant.

✅ All cabling encased in PVC Trunking or PVC cable trays, designed to withstand highly corrosive environments.

✅ The complete system upgrade to help bag 50kg and 500kg bulk bags.

This upgrade has equipped Grasslands Agro with cutting-edge technology, including stainless steel panels from Rittal Ireland and advanced Schneider control components, all integrated with a robust PLC system from Siemens.

🌟 Grassland Agro is a leading supplier of top-quality fertilisers, now set to achieve even greater efficiency and reliability with their upgraded system.

We’re proud to have partnered with Grasslands Agro on this transformative project, reinforcing their commitment to innovation and excellence in the agricultural industry.
