Meet Alannah Carton, Small Commercial Team Leader at Certa!
We're so proud to shine a spotlight on Alannah, who has recently been nominated for Young Person of the Year at the 2026 UKIFDA Awards.
In just 3.5 years at Certa, Alannah has worked her way up from the domestic team to small commercial, and now leads her own team of five agents.
Her days start early at 7:30am, keeping operations running smoothly, supporting her team, and ensuring both productivity and customer satisfaction stay front and centre.
Outside of work, Alannah clears her head in the evenings by going to the gym. She's also a self-confessed adrenaline ju**ie who has been skydiving and has no regrets about it!
As for what keeps her fuelled on a busy Tuesday, it's a strong coffee and plotting her next visit to New York City, a place she holds very close to her heart.
