A little update from our previous Wheel Arch Cover prototype post 👀

The project has now moved from CAD design and 3D printed prototype to the finished GRP wheel arch cover for our WK Composites camper shower pod.

The part has now been: • produced in GRP

• finished in high gloss white
• test fitted in the shower pod
• checked for shape, positioning and clean integration around the wheel arch

Really pleased with how this one has turned out.

A big thank you again to Pathfinders Custom Conversions for their help and input during the design process.
More campervan fibreglass parts are currently in design 👀

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT 👀

We’re currently developing a new Wheel Arch Cover for our WK Composites Camper Shower Pod.

From CAD design, through 3D-printed prototype, plug development and real-world test fitting — another new GRP product is taking shape.
