Celebrating International Women’s Day!💜

As we look ahead to International Women’s Day on Sunday 8th of March, we are proud to recognise and celebrate the remarkable women of Hanley Energy across all our global offices. Thank you to all our female colleagues for your hard work, dedication and contribution to the success of Hanley Energy today and every day.

This week we hosted two interactive workshops for women across the organisation. Unleashing Your Inner Superhero with Anna Jester, Lead Happy, was an empowering high‑energy virtual session focused on reconnecting with who we are, rediscovering our strengths and unleashing the confident woman within.

We also held an in‑person session led by Laura Maloney from Donna Reilly People & Wellness on Managing Your Inner Critic. Taking the time to come together as a group felt powerful.

Next week we will continue the conversation with a lunch meeting in our US headquarters and webinars running throughout the month.
