💡 In the past weeks, has reached an important milestone in a joint innovation project.

Together with the team at STADA Group Arzneimittel AG, we successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in Switzerland at our partner HMH Systems AG, for a highly exciting system.

What we are developing goes beyond a conventional technical solution:
a highly innovative and smart concept for blister packaging lines, designed to elevate efficiency, transparency, and process reliability in pharmaceutical manufacturing to a new level.

✅ We recently completed a at HMH Systems AG’s facility in Switzerland for Bayer Bitterfeld, centred on a Sypro system with its corresponding format and a brush box. This solution was jointly engineered by HMH and Prodieco, continuing a long-standing collaboration focused on precision, reliability, and seamless performance on blister lines.

The FAT brought together teams from Prodieco and HMH, with productive discussions on system performance, optimisation, and upcoming customer needs. We were pleased to welcome Mr. Tobias Grundmann, Project Engineer, and Mr. Mathias Poduschnick, Technical Director for Blister Lines, who provided valuable insights throughout the process.

Supporting the local community has always been an important part of who we are at Prodieco. Recently, our team visited St Mark’s Community School in Tallaght to donate Chromebooks in support of their student-device programme, which helps ensure that every learner has access to the tools they need for their education.

St Mark’s plays a vital role in the area, providing an inclusive environment and essential support to students from a wide range of backgrounds. Technology access is a growing challenge for many families, and initiatives like this can make a meaningful difference in helping students participate fully in their learning.

We were pleased to meet Mr Pat Brennan, Assistant Principal, and Ms Lauren O'Brien, Deputy Principal, and to learn more about how the devices will be used across the school’s support programmes. A sincere thank you to them, and to Gerard Doyle, Prodieco CEO, and the wider Prodieco team for helping drive this initiative forward.

✅ Successful FAT for Tablet Elevator with Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Czech Republic

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at Prodieco’s dedicated TechLab for a ProLift Tablet Elevator engineered for Ferring (Czech Republic).

The ProLift is designed to simplify and optimise tablet transfer to the hopper, enhancing operator safety and reducing manual handling — all while supporting GMP compliance and efficient line performance. During the FAT, the unit performed exactly to specification, and we were proud to deliver a fully validated solution that meets Ferring’s operational requirements.

Our sincere thanks to Barbora Černá and Tung Dinh from Ferring for their collaboration and trust throughout this project.
