Reduce your Heat Pump running costs
Domestic hot water (DHW) is typically set at 48-50 degrees and flow temperatures for radiators at 40 degrees and under floor heating flow temperature can be set lower at 35 degrees, due to UFH being more efficient than radiators.
If you lower your domestic hot water from 48 to 41 degrees it will reduce your electric bill significantly and bearing in mind that scalding can occur at 45 degrees, by decreasing to 41 degrees can prevent the possibility of accidental scalding and it will also make big savings on your electricity bill.
