ervice at all times. ft plant runs 24 hours a day five days a week, employing 70 experienced production staff and comprises 72,000 sq ft of manufacturing and printing facilities and 28,000 sq ft of warehouse and finished goods. We specialise in high volume production of both stock and bespoke mail media items, producing 600,000,000 envelopes annually. In addition to our manufacturing facility we also have a dedicated envelope printing department on-site servicing the whole of the island of Ireland. This ensures extremely fast turnaround times, meaning we have the capability to meet any customer requirements ranging from a few hundred envelopes to several million at a time. Our extensive on-site storage capacity ensures that our clients receive a consistent paper and print quality on their branded envelopes with every order they place with us. To maintain our enviable levels of service and exceed our customers’ expectations, our experienced team of dedicated account managers, supported by the very latest IT systems and their vast product knowledge, ensure that our clients receive expert advice and direction, delivering the best solutions to meet their envelope needs. In 2006, Trimfold Envelopes Limited became part of the Mayer Kuvert network, Europe's largest independently owned envelope manufacturing group. The last date for printed jobs is 16th December to ensure delivery before our Christmas holiday & the last day for stock dispatch is 18th December to ensure delivery on the 20th

Our Sales Office is open on Monday 23rd December & will re-open after the Christmas break on Thursday 2nd January 2025

We print envelopes for elections, local and national charity fundraising, for local GAA & club lottos, for branding and marketing businesses of all types and sizes, for direct mail campaigns for public and private sector organisations and all points in between.... We take our sustainability responsibilities very seriously - we are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and PEFC International and certified and we only use water based inks and glues, we use locally sourced packaging where possible, biodegradable window film and recycled packaging tape. We are Repak members, recycling most of our waste paper.
