AeroBarrier in action on a new self-build masonry project 🏠

With no sand & cement scratch coat, AeroBarrier was used to tackle air leakage and achieve an impressive 85% reduction in air leakage.

📉 Before: 5.40 m³/h/m² @ 50 Pa
📉 After: 0.81 m³/h/m² @ 50 Pa

Finished off the week with an impressive 91.43% reduction in envelope leakage

Have a look at how AeroBarrier filled the inside of the express nails that had penetrated into the cavity. Even around the timber joist gets sealed during the process

Any new build in Ireland must have an air tightness result of under 5 to comply with building regulations. This retrofit project now has a result of 0.92
