Role Overview:
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team by providing essential cost management and surveying expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to build a successful career in the engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities.
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost estimates for projects.
- Monitor project costs and provide detailed reports.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Support the management of contracts and variations.
- Engage in site visits and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Estimation software).
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
