Estimator

Key Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Identify and quantify cost factors, such as time and materials

Read drawings and technical documents in order to prepare estimates

Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers

Person Specification:

Qualified or experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner would be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) would be an advantage.

Training will be provided.

We are recruiting for two roles, they include CAD Technician and Estimator, based in our manufacturing plant in Waterford City.

CAD Technician

Key Job Functions and Responsibilities:

· Preparation of bespoke and standard fitout and joinery 2D CAD drawings utilising AutoCAD LT software for manufacturing.
· Create a full bill of materials from customer or shop drawings for purchasing and manufacturing purposes.
· Generate cutting lists for manufacturing purposes.
· Generate Production Orders for Fire Doors and Frames

Person Specification:

· Qualified or experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner would be an advantage.
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
