Full renovation project handed back recently under the government Repair & Leasing Scheme.

It's great to see these old derelict buildings being transformed and brought back to life around the city.

This one was extra special with Barrack Street being a landmark in Waterford City. This went a long way towards cleaning up this end of the street while providing four new fully furnished homes to some happy new tenants.
