Last side gate just in time for christmas 🎄. Frame galvanised and powder coated, with woodgrain boards fitted using atainless fixings. Chain tie back also fitted so wind cant slam gate closed while open. Looks great beside the new build in giving security and privacy too.

Here we have a 7.5m 350kg roller gate. Made in 2 pieces and assembled on site, runs along 20mm solid bar that was welded to a I beam that was set in the concrete. Wheels are double bearing 180mm diameter ones specifically designed to run on 20mm bar and rated for 1000kg. Will be getting motor and track fitted by electrician but can be easily opened and closed with little effort by hand. 8 Nylon rollers used up top on 2 frames to keep everything straight and true when moving. Frames made from 80x80 box and 50x25 used for vertical bars, 2 pieces joined using m20 rod and nuts. Client very happy with overall result as am I.

New galvanised gates made to style client wanted. Simple design with 50x50 box frame with curved top bar and 21mm pipe used for vertical bars. Small matching side gate also sorted. Old rotton gates removed and dumped while i had the trailer with me.

House warming gift 😁😁
Tidy little handrail sorted for these steps up onto the lawn at this new house for our friends. Made from 42mm pipe primed twice and painted to match the house doors. Turned out great amd will give safety when going up and down the steps. Last pics shows how all jobs start with simply drawing it out full scale on the workshop floor to make sure it looks right.

Custom window hatch made from 25mm box section frame with 6mm polycarbonate panels. Panels have 30mm overlap to keep the wind at bay. Gives the serving hatch a lovely clean crisp look and allows the servers to keep warm inside when the hatch is closed. Frame work notched around all the pieces already in place.

Custom stainless gantry made to avoid all the rigging and moving parts on this sailing boat. Client wanted it kept as narrow as possible and will be fitting solar panels to the frame. I supplied bolt on brackets to make that job easier for him in the future. All stainless 316 grade and polished, securd with stainless coach screws through the gunnel.
Turned out great and will allow more voyages once panela are installed.

Custom security bars made and installed in a new store opening in waterford. Owner was worried the skylight were a weakness towards break ins. No worries anymore with these heavy duty pieces installed. Fixings are hidden inside the boxsection and metalwork primed and painted satin black.

Matching pair of side gates fitted at a new build in waterford. Client went for black frame with the charcoal boards on these, always.a very popular choice as they look great. Access hole to allow opening of gates from both sides, chain holders also fitted to keep gayes open when needed also. Great security and comfort now with these installed.

Great to see at the final bits in place for the new look .ie . Was a pleasure to work with Alan and Steve as they rebuilt the dungarvan cafe and showed me their plans. 2inch mesh was fitted to the walls and ceiling, custom 4m long bench made on site around ducting, new menu pole and tall coffee dock bench added too. All items made using pipe and pipe fittings for that industrial look they wanted, all finished in satin black. The cafe turned out amazing and delighted they are back open now after a relaunch on sunday just gone. Pleasure to have been asked back after doing a few bits before for them.

Donated some time and materials to Waterford city rugby club today. New stainless holder for the digital ball pump to keep it up out of harms way. Then fitted galvanised panels to the top of the kit cages to keep the gear safe. Was nice to see the grounds and the setup they run 👍. Happy to help out a club
