The practice specialises in domestic one-off energy efficient new builds, extensions & refurbishments, however Brian also has extensive experience of the commercial, education & hospitality sectors and welcomes any enquiries you may have. We view every project as being unique and offer bespoke design solutions to suit the taste of the client and the surrounding context. We offer an outcall only service and can visit clients in their own homes in the evenings or at weekends to suit their busy schedules and we always work on a fixed fee basis so you always know what you will be paying for up front. Brian is registered with SEAI to prepare BER assessments for both new and existing dwellings and cost-effective energy efficiency is always considered from the outset rather than being an add-on at the end of a project. The practice will be volunteering two days of its time this year to the RIAI Simon Open Door Event whereby members of the public will get a one hour consultation with an RIAI registered architect to discuss any project they may be thinking of pursuing in return for a €50 donation to the Simon Community, Ireland.
