Work well under way to this protected structure, walls needed to be demolished as tree roots had grown down through the mortar joints and blown large sections of stone work. Rebuilt back with an NHL lime mortar mix , new cut timber roof with a Spanish natural slate. Also started ground works (new surface water drainage)to prevent damp in the basement areas of the main house as water had been discharging from the roof areas and was not directed away from the house
