We manufacture pump assembly units for large industrial processes and have specialist expertise in Positive Displacement Pumps. We service pumps for Molasses, Bitumen, Asphalt, Cement, Insulation manufacture, dairy, oil, fuel, pharmaceutical ingredients and more. We are the go-to pump engineers for 25% of the top Pharma companies in Ireland and work with the largest brands in industry across the country. Our second area of expertise is making patented bespoke Fabric Expansion Joints for the Heavy-Duty industry and large power plants, and factories to produce tailor-made expansion joint solutions. 🔧 More Pump Skids Make Their Way Out of The Workshop 🔧
Delighted to see the pump skids go off to our customer. We’re confident the Pump O-Pro Seals and Mag Drive Pumps will handle the viscous and hazardous material they process for many years.

Working closely with an insulation company, who have been one of our long-standing customers, the pump skids were tailored specifically for their needs, upgrading them recently to the new O-Pro Seals from Viking Pump.
These pump skids were made to handle the unique challenges of pumping isocyanate – where containment is essential as it reacts with moisture in the air. The O-Pro Seals and Mag Drive pumps offer peace of mind to the engineers and maintenance technicians who use them. The O-Pro Seals and Mag Drive pumps, requiring a bigger investment at the outset, offer significantly more value in the long term. We have found them an excellent pump solution for crystalising and sticky applications.
