Yesterday,our team participated in the Mini Jamboree held in Tel Aviv university. We had the opportunity to introduce ourselves to fellow IGEM teams which included the Abu Dhabi-New York University team IGEM NYU Abu Dhabi and the Tel Aviv University team IGEM TAU .This event provided us with a unique platform to showcase our project,gather insights and engage with the wider IGEM community 🌍.
Additionally we had the pleasure of attending a lecture by professor Dan Peer on mRNA vaccines,nano encapsulations and his research.
Lastly how could we end the day without enjoying a hamburger 🍔?

We are pleased to announce that our teammate Ester Konstantinov A team member of SOLARIT that utilize existing solar water heaters to generate electricity in order to help in the case of an electric grid malfunction in extreme heat waves won first place in the 2023 heat waves hackathon of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology thub🥇🏆
This accomplishment will allow Ester and the SOLARIT team to represent the Technion in the global green challenge hackathon in Denmark 🇩🇰
We are very proud of Ester and the SOLARIT team fro accomplishing this achievement🌎🍃
