במסגרת הפרויקט, נדרש פתרון חישה מדויק ואמין שיאפשר בקרה כפולה למערכות בטיחות קריטיות,
תוך עבודה רציפה בזמן אמת בתנאי שטח מאתגרים במיוחד –
אבק, רטיבות, זעזועים ושינויי טמפרטורה קיצוניים.

המערכת כללה מדידות חיוניות כגון גובה מהקרקע, מרחק ממכשולים, זווית והטיית הכלי וזיהוי תנועות מכניות –

What happens when an agricultural machine needs to “see” and react in real time—under extreme field conditions?
We are proud to share a new project in which we supported a leading manufacturer of advanced agricultural machinery, required to comply with strict international standards in safety and control.
As part of the project, a highly accurate and reliable sensing solution was required to enable redundant control for critical safety systems, while ensuring continuous real-time operation under extremely challenging field conditions—dust, moisture, vibrations, and extreme temperature variations.
The system included essential measurements such as ground clearance, obstacle distance, tool angle and tilt, and mechanical motion detection—while fully supporting the industrial CANopen communication protocol.

וזה בדיוק מה שעמד בלב הפרויקט שלנו במתקן טיהור השפכים בהרצליה 💦🫗
לאחר מעל 10 שנות עבודה משותפות, זכינו להאריך את שיתוף הפעולה ב-11 שנים נוספות ולבצע שדרוג מלא של מערכת האוורור והמפוחים במתקן.

התקנו 3 מפוחים בורגיים נטולי שמן עם ווסתי תדר של Atlas Copco לצד מערכת בקרה חכמה הלומדת ומתאימה את עצמה בזמן אמת.
התוצאה: חיסכון משמעותי באנרגיה, שיפור ביצועים ותהליך טיהור אמין ובטוח יותר.

Clean water infrastructure is critical to both our environment and everyday life -this was exactly the focus of our recent project at the Herzliya Wastewater Treatment Plant 💦🫗

After more than 10 years of collaboration, we were proud to extend our partnership for an additional 11 years and deliver a full upgrade of the facility’s aeration and blower system.

We installed three oil-free screw blowers with variable speed drives from Atlas Copco, along with an advanced control system that continuously learns and adapts in real time.

The result: significant energy savings, improved performance, and a more reliable and safer treatment process.
