The Yonani MultiPro is a high-performance stone processing machine engineered to maximize productivity across a wide range of applications, including ledge stone, stack stone, ashlar, pavers, tile, baseboards, and cobblestones. Powered by a robust 75 HP arbor-driven motor, the MultiPro requires 100-amp, 3-phase electrical service and is available in both 480V (Imperial) and 400V (Metric) configurations. The machine features a 3.15-inch (80 mm) arbor, accommodates 20-inch to 24-inch (500–600 mm) blades, and delivers a maximum cutting depth of 8 inches (200 mm) with the ability to process stone up to 24 inches (600 mm) wide.
Designed for efficiency and versatility, the MultiPro includes a variable-speed conveyor operating from 0 to 7 feet per minute (0–2.1 meters per minute) and can be equipped with up to 10 blades per spindle, allowing for high-volume production. The standard spindle operates at 800 RPM, with additional spindle configurations available upon customer request. Built for long-term durability, the machine features a galvanized steel body, a stainless steel blade cover, and an efficient water system consuming approximately 3 gallons (12 liters) per minute per blade. With an approximate operating weight of 10,000 pounds (4.5 metric tons), the MultiPro provides the strength, precision, and reliability required for demanding natural stone manufacturing environments.
