A unique installation in Zurich’s oldest coffee roastery! 🇨🇭☕️

H. Schwarzenbach (est. 1864) needed to fit a modern, high-volume commercial roaster into a tight space in their historic shop in Zurich’s Old Town.

They chose us for the challenge, and to make it happen, we completely customized the Ghibli R30, together with a destoner and afterburner, to fit into a highly compact space. It required an immense amount of planning and hard work, but the result was worth every single step.

Now, they are fully equipped to serve the coffee their community has loved for over a century, right from the heart of the city.

An exciting installation in Taiwan! Congratulations to All Day on their new Ghibli R30. This powerhouse setup increases their capacity while maintaining the precision their specialty coffee spots are known for.

Interestingly, All Day first became familiar with our technology when they entered a roasting competition with the FZ94 Lab Roaster, and they ultimately took home 1st place! 🏆

In a beautiful twist of fate, the winner’s trophy featured an emblem taken from the design of the Ghibli R30. Now, they will be roasting on the exact machine featured on their championship trophy. ⚙️🌾
