התפקיד משלב תקשורת עם לקוחות ויכולת ניתוח והגדרת פרוייקטים בהתאם, כתיבה של מפרטי עבודה, ניהול שוטף של צוות הפיתוח ובקרה יום יומית על התקדמות הפרוייקטים. התפקיד כולל גם תקשורת עם חברות הסאטרטפ הנמצאות באתר החברה ומצופה מהעובד להוות "מוקד ידע" טכנולוגי בתחום הכימיה והחומרים. התפקיד מתאים לחוקרים שאוהבים כימיה, ונהנים לעבוד בסביבת פיתוח דינמית, במגוון רחב של יישומים.
דרישות התפקיד:
- PHD בכימיה מאוניברסיטה מובילה – הכרחי
- ניסיון של 10 שנים לפחות בסביבת פיתוח רלווונטית בתעשייה – הכרחי
- היכרות עם מגוון יישומים בעולם הכימיה והחומרים (פורמולציות, סינטזות אורגניות\אנ-אורגניות, אנליטיקה, פולימרים וכו) – יתרון משמעותי
- ניסיון בניהול פרוייקטים – יתרון משמעותי
- יחסי אנוש מעולים, תקשורת בין אישית מצויינת - הכרחי
- יכולת עמידה בלחצים ועבודה במקביל באופן עצמאי

ביום חמישי נהרג בתאונת אופנוע האיש הכי שמח בדרן ואולי בעולם - ניר ארזוני זכרו לברכה.

עד לפני כשנה, השתייך ניר לצוות מכלול בניהולו של Sagi Taitz, האמונים על כל נושאי הבינוי ואחזקת המערכות בדרן מעבדות.

ניר היה בחור נמרץ ביותר (בלשון המעטה) ועם האנרגיה והמסירות שלו תרם רבות להקמת מתחמי היזמות שלנו, במיוחד בתקופות ההקמה הקשוחות ועל כך זכה להימנות על החבורה, אותה אנו מכנים ״דור המייסדים״.

לפני כשנה החליט ניר להוריד הילוך ופנה למשרה קצת פחות לחוצה, כזו שתאפשר לו להגיע הביתה בשעה נוחה וליהנות מחיי המשפחה.
למרות זאת הקשר נשמר והוא היה מגיע לבקר ולסייע על בסיס שבועי ולעיתים אף יומיומי.

המצב הבטחוני מטריד את כולנו ובינתיים תאונות הדרכים גובות את שלהן.

ניר היה ונשאר בן 44
השאיר אחריו אישה ו-5 בנות
וחור גדול בלב.

נוח על משכבך חבר יקר.

Shortly before Passover we were glad to receive the students of the Imperial College London Biotech program.
For us, the ability to support and promote the next generation of entrepreneurs in this fascinating field is very satisfying
We want to express our appreciation to everyone who participated in this event, including Pastry chef & food engineer - Or Houri, Head of Strategic development at Egg'n'Up, highlighted the challenges of replacing eggs with alternative proteins and presented their vegan, clean-label macaron solution.
MS.sc Chen Gershberg, Lab manager at ReaGenics , introduced the group to the importance of secondary metabolites from different plants and how to produce them in vitro, including a tour in a sterile environment lab where they have cell cultures and plant tissues.
and Daren Labs scientific project leader, Fabienne Lellloche, who led the group through this inspiring tour.
