מפעל גלובאל דטרגנטים הוקם במהלך שנת 2017 במושב אודם בצפון רמת הגולן, והוא מתמחה ביצור חומרי ניקוי בטבליות (אבקה מרוכזת דחוסה), טבליות למדיחי כלים, טבליות לכביסה, טבליות לניקוי שמשות רכב, טבליות לחיטוי מוצרים לתינוקות ועוד....
למפעל נרכש ציוד חדש שעובד בשיטות ייחודיות ויודע לייצר מעל 20,000 טבילות בשעה בצורות שונות ובגדלים שונים. והמפעל מציע שלל מוצרים לשוק הקמעונאי ולשוק המוסדי אשר פותחו ע"י מחלקת הפיתוח במפעל.
את המפעל מנהל מהנדס ביוטכנולוגיה ואיכות סביבה שהנו בעל ניסיון רב שנים בתחום פיתוח וייצור חומרי ניקוי ואליו מצטרפים שני שותפים בעלי ניסיון רב שנים בתחום העסקי.
המפעל מייצר טבליות בכמה גדלים ועד 3 שכבות בצבעים שונים לכל מוצר. את הטבליות אנו מציעים באריזה מסיסה במים כך שאין צורך לפתוח את האריזה לפני שימוש, וניתן גם ליצר טבליות שנארזות בניילון בעלות פתיחה לפני שימוש.
ניתן לייצר לאריזות מכירה בדויפקים (שקית עם רוכסן) 10-60 טבליות ליחידת אריזה או בכל אריזה אחרת לפי דרישת הלקוח.
כל אריזת מכירה נשקלת ע"ג משקל סרט (מובנה ומכויל על קו האריזה) לפני אריזתה בקרטון על מנת לוודא קבלת מוצר טוב ואמין.
המפעל פועל באופן מקצועי תחת דרישות תקן 9001:2015 ISO המחמיר ובמפעל מתקיים מערך בקרת איכות מקצועי ומעבדה אנליטית תומכת שבודקת בתהליך רציף את איכות המוצרים.

The plant acquired new equipment that works with unique methods and can produce over 20,000 units per hour in different shapes and sizes. Our factory offers a wide range of products for the retail and institutional markets developed by the plant's development department.
Our company manager is a biotechnology and environmental engineer who has many years of experience in the field of developing and manufacturing detergents and is joined by two partners with many years of experience in the business field.
The plant produces tablets of several sizes and up to 3 layers of different colors for each product. The tablets are offered in a PVA water-soluble packaging so there is no need to open the packaging before use, We can also create tablets packed with PP that need to be opened before use.
We can produce doypack sales packaging (zipper bag) 10 to 60 tablets per packing unit, or any other packaging according to the customer's requirements.
Each package is weighed on a weight checker conveyor (built and calibrated on the packing line) before packing in a carton, to ensure a good and reliable product.
