Solution Architect

We’re seeking for a highly motivated, successful solution architect with excellent leadership, problem solving and technical skills for a full-time role working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment who can work as part of a cohesive team to deliver iterative value and take part in the company's most important and exciting projects. A Solution Architect design, plan and execute full digital solution across platforms and systems implemented over Web, Mobile cloud and on premise infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
· Lead technical scoping sessions with customer’s business, R&D and IT staff.
· Plan, design and document solutions architecture based on modern cloud applications design patterns.
· Lead Implementations processes and support delivery teams in projects ex*****on worldwide (customers are EU and US based).
Requirements:
· 4+ years’ experience in complex projects in a professional services organization
· Strong verbal and written communication skills - clear, concise, & timely communications.
· Highly influential and able to set the direction of architecture projects.
· Willing to travel including short term overseas travels.
· Have practical experience in architecting and designing web solutions using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, Entity Framework, WebApi etc).
· Have practical experience implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure or alternative cloud platforms.
· Have practical experience in front-end development and technologies (HTMl5, JS, Angular, Less / SaaS, jQuery, React (Optional).
· Proven experience as a self-starter and a leader who can work within tight timeframes and work with minimal supervision to deliver great results.
· Travel to remote customer’s sites may be required per need
A big plus:
· BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience. MBA is optional.

Scrum Master

We’re looking for a scrum master who is the servant leader for the team and must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to. The master is accountable for guiding, coaching, teaching and assisting team in Scrum / Agile principles, driving process improvement and works with the team to deliver value. The Scrum Master coordinates within and outside of the team to facilitate the completion of the team’s backlog.
Responsibilities:
· Assure the team adheres to Scrum and facilitates the scrum ceremonies: Facilitate Daily Scrum/ stand up, Story Point Estimation, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives and Sprint Kaizen.
· Work with Product Owner to prioritize Epics, Features and User Stories.\
· Capture and report team performance metrics (Velocity).
· Performs coaching, advocates, protects and solves problems as required.
· Proactively helps the team identify and resolve impediments and shields team from interruptions during the Sprint.
Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum process, language and ceremonies.
· 2-5 years of Agile delivery experience.
· CSM, PSM, or ACP or other Scrum Master agile certification (optional).
· Excellent teaming and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with Jira and Confluence (optional).
· 2-5 Years of traditional of traditional/SDLC experience.

Manual QA Engineer

We’re looking for a result-driven QA engineer to develop and execute investigative and automated tests.
Responsibilities:
· Designing and implementing well-structured test plans and test cases, debugging and defining corrective actions.
· Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
· Communicate with R&D teams to identify system requirements and monitor debugging process results.
Requirements:
· At least 3 years’ proven work experience as software quality assurance.
· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
· Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Junior Full-stack developer

Requirements:
· At least 1 years’ proven work experience as full-stack developer
· Experience with Node.JS, ,Express.JS.
· The candidate should master the following: Node.js based development with excellent understanding of Express.JS advanced concepts such as clustering and deployments topology, security aspects, working with web sockets etc.
· Experience with Angular2 , HTML5, React based front-end development
· Previous experience working with Mongo.DB, Moongose and Mongo administration tools such as RoboMongo etc
· Highly motivated and able to work under workloads and project pressure
· Quick learner
· Team player
